Job summary

Sharp Clinical Services seeks a Material Handler to procure components from the warehouse for production, verify and load them into rooms, and enter batch records and ERP QAD transactions. Responsibilities include palletizing, labeling, and assisting with line clearances, while maintaining accurate inventory in QAD.

The role requires basic computer skills, experience in warehousing, and attention to detail; familiarity with cGMP facilities is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or related experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous warehousing experience and/or cGMP compliant facility experience is beneficial.
• Inventory control or quality control experience is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Check supplies and stock production lines to ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Review work orders to determine material needs and allocate space while following FIFO.
• Request delivery of materials via QAD warehouse system.
• Move finished goods to warehouse, receive into QAD, label, and finish packaging for transport.
• Palletize and secure materials according to specifications; ensure quality and report defects.
• Verify and reconcile material use and production in QAD; maintain inventory logs.
• Generate labels for components and pallets; perform ERP transactions using QAD RF devices.
• Ensure proper staging for next production run after sanitation; sort, move, and bundle components as needed.
• Perform cycle counts on floor stock to maintain accuracy.
• Comply with safety policies and participate in training as required.
