Job summary

Sharp HealthCare seeks a Warehouse/Inventory Associate to receive and deliver daily supplies and equipment for hospital operations. You will manage stock, verify inbound materials, and assist customers with service requests.

The role requires 1–3 months of related work or training, HS diploma preferred, and basic math; strong English reading/writing and customer-facing skills are essential in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• One (1) to three (3) months or related work or training, required.
• Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written instructions in English.
• Must have basic math skills and strong interpersonal/relationship building skills.
• Must have a high sense of urgency and be able to meet physical requirements (lifting up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Input daily item orders and perform daily stock checks; handle customer pickups as needed.
• Receive inbound materials; verify and record amounts; stock on racks and organize by product code.
• Deliver items in lowest unit measure and bulk quantities.
• Perform quality control and operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Assist customers while maintaining high level of service.
• Housekeeping duties and general site cleanup.
