Job summary

Sharp Packaging Solutions, part of UDG Healthcare plc, seeks a Material Handler to procure components from the Warehouse for specific orders, verify and load them into the appropriate rooms, and record batch numbers and quantities in QAD.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy in QAD, assisting with line clearances, performing proper paperwork and electronic transactions, stacking and labeling pallets, and supporting coworkers in a fast-paced, GMP-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related warehousing experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Check supplies and stocks production lines to keep lines running.
• Review work orders to determine material needs, applying FIFO.
• Request materials for production via QAD.
• Move finished goods to storage/shipments; log in QAD.
• Palletize and secure materials; coordinate with QA for defects.
• Verify material usage and log inventory in QAD; perform cycle counts.
• Label components and pallets; complete ERP transactions.
• Stage materials after sanitation as directed.
• Operate in cold rooms (2–8°C) when required.
• Support teammates and follow safety policies.
