Sharp Services, LLC seeks a Material Handler in Allentown, PA to efficiently procure components for production, verify records, and load them into the correct warehouse rooms. You will maintain accurate QAD entries, assist in line clearances, and ensure inventory is orderly and accurate across staging areas.

The role requires basic computer skills, warehouse experience, and a detail-oriented approach, with opportunities to contribute process improvements and work within a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office.
• Previous warehousing experience, cGMP familiarity helpful.
• Inventory control or quality control experience beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Check supplies and stocks production lines to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Review work orders to determine material needs and manage FIFO inventory.
• Request delivery of materials via QAD warehouse management system.
• Move finished goods, receive into QAD, label, and package for transport.
• Palletize and secure materials; coordinate with Quality for defects.
• Verify and reconcile material usage and finished goods in QAD; maintain inventories.
• Generate labels and complete ERP transactions; perform RF transactions.
