Job summary

CECO Environmental is seeking an Inventory & Materials Specialist to maintain accurate records, support manufacturing through material handling, and ensure timely ERP transactions. The role focuses on cycle counting, material availability, and work order processing within D365.

Responsibilities include reconciling discrepancies, Kanban replenishment, and continuous improvement of inventory control and lean processes. A safety-conscious, organized environment is emphasized at CECO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of inventory control experience in manufacturing.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for inventory management.
• Knowledge of cycle counting, lean manufacturing, and inventory control.
• Forklift operation ability with applicable certifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.
• Able to work overtime and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inventory identification, verification, and cycle counting.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and process transactions in D365.
• Enter, update, and reconcile inventory data and work orders.
• Monitor material movement, replenish stock, and stage for WO.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and maintain a safe work area.
