Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Inventory Analyst to manage and optimize inventory levels across materials, quality, and production in a regulated aerospace environment.

You will oversee cycle counts, monitor shelf-life sensitive materials, analyze usage trends, and drive improvements in ERP and WMS systems to support production schedules and on-time delivery. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3–5+ years of inventory control experience, and familiarity with AS9100/DFARS and Oracle/Odoo.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Typically 3-5+ years in inventory control within an aerospace or high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Odoo (highly preferred), advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs), and potentially SQL for data mining.
• Familiarity with AS9100 standards and Defense DFARS regulations for government property.
• Experience managing parts with unique serial numbers or traceability requirements, where a single error can halt production.
• Experience identifying inefficiencies in material flow and driving Lean or Six Sigma initiatives to improve them.
• Comfort handling data on hazardous or energetic materials with strict segregation, storage, and shelf-life requirements.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory health across materials, quality, and production in a regulated aerospace environment.
• Analyze usage trends, lead cycle counting programs, monitor variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor shelf-life-sensitive materials and ensure storage compliance under AS9100/DFARS.
• Generate KPI reports and dashboards to track inventory health and aging stock.
• Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to support forecasting and planning.
• Reconcile counts in ERP/Odoo/Oracle and drive root-cause corrections on adjustments.
• Develop self-service dashboards for production, quality, and program teams.
