Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Inventory Analyst for the Rockets Motor Systems team to optimize inventory levels supporting production schedules while minimizing scrap and obsolescence in a regulated environment.

The role manages materials, quality, and production inventory, analyzes usage trends, leads cycle counting, and ensures accuracy across Odoo/Oracle ERP systems. You will build dashboards for production and planning teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in inventory control within aerospace/high-tech manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Odoo; strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and DFARS; experience with traceability and hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle counts and audits to maintain near-perfect inventory accuracy.
• Investigate variances and implement corrective actions in ERP/WMS.
• Monitor shelf-life-sensitive materials and ensure safety/quality storage compliance.
• Generate KPI dashboards to track inventory health, aging stock, and transactions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing stakeholders to support forecasting and planning.
• Reconcile counts to Odoo/Oracle and drive root-cause improvements.
• Analyze consumption trends to surface shortages and long-lead risks.
