Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to safeguard physical inventory accuracy on the warehouse floor, performing daily cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and driving root-cause corrective actions. Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control or warehouse roles in aerospace/defense or high-volume hardware.
• Proven cycle counting and physical inventory verification experience.
• Ability to trace discrepancies to root cause with documentation and research.
• Experience with ERP/WMS inventory lookups and transactions.
• Proficient in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• On-site in Santa Ana, CA or Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across locations and reconcile physical vs. system records.
• Perform daily cycle counts and wall-to-wall inventories.
• Investigate discrepancies by researching histories and paperwork to identify root causes.
• Document failures and elevate systemic issues with RCCA records for compliance.
• Submit adjustment requests with evidence and coordinate reviews for timely approval.
• Execute bin-to-bin movements and other inventory transactions with proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate bin locations and material master data.
• Support segregation and control for high-value inventory.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with Materials, Production, Deployment, and Supply Chain to develop procedures and KPIs.
