Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Inventory Analyst to optimize inventory levels for production schedules while minimizing scrap, excess, and obsolescence in a high‑tech aerospace environment.

You will manage material health across quality and production, analyze usage trends, and drive accuracy through cycle counts, ERP/WMS governance, and KPI dashboards to support planning and timely builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years in inventory control in aerospace/high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with Oracle and Odoo; advanced Excel; SQL for data mining.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and DFARS for government property.
• Experience with parts with unique serial numbers or traceability requirements.
• Lean or Six Sigma initiatives to improve material flow.
• Handling hazardous or energetic materials with strict storage rules.
• U.S. Person required due to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle counts and audits to maintain accuracy.
• Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions in ERP/WMS.
• Monitor shelf-life materials and ensure compliance with AS9100 storage regs.
• Generate KPI reports and dashboards tracking inventory health.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to support forecasting and planning.
• Track shelf-life and flag expiring materials before line impact.
• Reconcile counts with Odoo/Oracle and drive root-cause corrections.
• Analyze consumption trends to surface shortages and long-lead risk.
• Monitor MRB, quarantine, and warehouse capacity; advise disposition.
• Ensure correct project/task charge codes; flag risks from dates.
• Build self-service dashboards for production teams.
