Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Must have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience identifying operational issues and proposing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and train inventory best practices for the full store, including pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems impacting on-hand balances and pricing for front end and pharmacy.
• Perform front end and pharmacy asset protection duties and process claims for discrepancies.
• Open/close the store in the absence of management in designated locations and handle cash duties.
• Coach team on warehouse/vendor inventory management and order receipt processes.
• Scan all deliveries, manage One Box receiving, and resolve delivery discrepancies with vendors.
• Verify postings of pharmacy shipments and inventory orders daily.
• Complete On-Shelf Availability end-to-end, including planogram compliance and returns.
