• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory management for store and pharmacy.
• Review reports affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform front-end and pharmacy asset protection tasks and handle discrepancies.
• Open or close the store when required and manage cashier responsibilities.
• Lead customer experience and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes.
• Ensure accurate pricing, planograms, and postings for pharmacy orders.
• Support inventory counts and participate in physical inventory activities.
