Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store and pharmacy
• Review reports and ensure accuracy of on-hand balances and pricing
• Perform asset protection tasks and process vendor overages/shortages
• Open/close the store in the absence of management and handle related cash duties
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and promote a positive service experience
• Coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory processes and POS transactions
• Support pricing changes, markdowns, and inventory reconciliation
