Job summary

Walgreens Glen Burnie store is seeking a details-oriented associate to manage inventory for both front end and pharmacy, ensuring accurate on-hand balances, pricing, and asset protection. You will also review reports, assist with vendor returns, and support price changes and daily ordering.

The role requires fluency in English, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and experience in retail/pharmacy environments. Full-time position with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens (internal candidates) or one year of prior retail work experience (external candidates).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems to ensure accurate on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection; file claims for shortages, overages, etc.
• Open and close store in absence of management when required; handle cash and POS tasks.
