Job summary

GEODIS, a global 3PL, is seeking an Mgr Inventory to drive replenishment aligned with production schedules, forecasts and customer orders. You will maintain accurate inventory records, perform daily analyses, and implement robust control procedures.

Lead an inventory team, supervise hiring/training, and coordinate daily cycle counts. Strong Excel/Office skills and 4+ years of related experience are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be PC literate and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Ability to write routine reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

• Manage inventory replenishment based on production schedules, current inventory, customer orders, and forecasts.
• Ensure accurate and current inventory records.
• Conduct daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures.

• Directly supervise employees in Inventory Control including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
