Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring an Inventory Management specialist for a 12-month contract in Malabar, FL (Onsite/1st shift: 5:30am-3:30pm, Mon-Thur). You will perform receiving and stockroom tasks, organize inventory, and support accuracy and efficiency in the warehouse.

Ideal candidate has a high school diploma, stockroom or inventory experience, strong attention to detail, good communication, and ability to follow procedures. Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma.
• Prior experience in a stockroom or inventory control environment preferred.
• Able to work as part of a team or individually.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures per company guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Able to use the applications Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive all incoming material.
• Report discrepancies or damages immediately to management.
• Count and verify material against the purchase order or invoice.
• Maintain clean and safe working environment.
• Organize and maintain stockroom inventory according to company procedures.
• Pick and issue material to internal and external customers.
• Assist in counting and verifying material in stockroom to maintain inventory accuracy.
