Job summary

Indium Corporation in Clinton, NY is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting manufacturing workflows. You will manage part numbers, BOMs, and tackle WIP and finished goods transactions on a Monday–Friday 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Strong basic math skills for counting and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain part numbers and Bill of Materials.
• Ensure that all inventory transactions are complete for work-in-process and finished goods materials.
• Complete all documentation as required.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions.
• Assist with annual physical inventory as instructed.
• Follow established quality guidelines.
• Keep inventory stock of shipping materials.
• Ensure that all products are labeled correctly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Attend training as needed or assigned.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
