Job summary

LanceSoft, Inc. in Missouri is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure accurate receipts and transactions of materials, research inventory discrepancies, and support internal reporting to maintain inventory accuracy and material availability.

This role requires extensive use of SAP and WMS systems, data analysis and reconciliation, and proactive communication with receiving, production, and other departments to resolve issues and improve material flow.

Qualifications

• SAP systems knowledge.
• Microsoft Excel knowledge— pivots and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong aptitude to think critically and solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized with details and notes.
• Motivated with proactive communication and collaboration.
• Effective communication to gather information and provide accurate responses.
• Able to prioritize tasks by urgency and allocate time accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and communicate replenishment requirements to internal and external customers.

• Serve as a support role to the receiving and inventory teams to meet our daily production requirements.

Job description

Duration: 06+ Months of Contract. (With Possibility of Extension to 1 year.)

Shift: 1st Shift 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $27.74/hr.

Job Summary:

• As Inventory Specialist you will ensure the accurate and compliant receipts and transaction of materials, research and resolve inventory discrepancies, while monitoring and maintaining in ternal reporting tools to ensure inventory accuracy and material availability.

Essential functions

• Perform data analysis and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
• Effective communication between departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Extensive use of SAP and WMS systems for research, report and replenishment generation, and execution of approved adjustments.
• Monitor and communicate replenishment requirements to internal and external customers.
