Job summary

Coke Florida is looking for an Inventory Control Assistant based in Jacksonville. The 1st shift runs Monday–Friday starting at 2:30am and finishing when work is done. You will perform daily warehouse inventory reconciliations and count all goods and raw materials, using a handheld scanner or manual methods.

You will research variances, reconcile with SAP, and flag close dated products. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in warehouse inventory, with strong Excel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year warehouse/inventory experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Ability to read and follow directions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Daily warehouse inventory reconciliation.
• Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse daily, manually or using a handheld scanner.
• Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.
• Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system.
• Identify and report close dated product.
