YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Superintendent, you will manage inventory to support operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, laws, and regulations. You will promote our values, safety, environmental responsibility, and community engagement.

• Manage inventory creation and updates for procurement and control;
• Review and approve inventory requests and consumption adjustments;
• Oversee inventory functions to ensure material availability cost-effectively;
• Coordinate repairable items with planners, buyers, and warehouse;
• Implement new warehouse strategies and optimize storage and stock organization;
• Develop controls for non-secure inventory;
• Organize cycle counts and investigate discrepancies;
• Manage obsolete materials and measure inventory performance;
• Support audits and maintain records;
• Reconcile reagents and fuel month-end reports;
• Coordinate long lead time orders with departments and procurement;
• Promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

• High School Diploma or GED;
• At least 5 years of inventory management experience in an industrial setting;
• Experience with SAP or similar software;
• Knowledge of mechanical components;
• Mining site experience is an asset;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Your Work Schedule:

• 4/3 schedule at our Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, ON.
