Job summary

Avantor in Malvern, PA is seeking a Lab Inventory Clerk to support our Onsite Supervisor and Advanced Laboratory Services teams. You will manage stock levels, replenish lab areas, and process orders in Inventory Manager and SAP to keep labs running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of material handling experience, plus strong computer skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years' material handling/inventory replenishment experience.
• Experience with Inventory Manager (IM) and SAP preferred.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Visit lab areas to identify orders and replenish inventory.
• Place orders in Inventory Manager (IM) and SAP.
• Receive, inspect, and stock deliveries from RDC or suppliers.
• Label, organize, and maintain stockrooms and lab maps.
• Respond to lab managers' inquiries and support end users.
