You will own inventory and procurement, coordinate with vendors and service providers, and help relocate labs to Cambridge while maintaining compliance, safety, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting laboratory operations, inventory control, supply chain activities, procurement processes.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and related business applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage laboratory inventory across Point-of-Use locations and maintain stock levels.
• Oversee ARIBA accounts, reconcile purchase orders and invoices.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for calibration and maintenance.
• Track calibration schedules and close out service work orders in Maximo.
• Support lab operations, including media prep and glassware handling.
• Assist with moves, relocations, and special projects to support continuous operations.
