Job summary

Avantor is seeking a proactive associate for Lab and Production Services in Chandler, AZ. You will support inventory management, customer service, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Role requires strong communication, safety adherence, and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision. Prior experience with ERP/Inventory systems is a plus, along with basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer service, inventory replenishment, or material handling experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; basic computer skills.
• Experience with Teams preferred; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control and fulfillment of requests, both on- and off-site.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and reporting of inventory metrics.
• Handle purchasing tasks including quotes, back orders, and expediting where needed.
• Process orders, track costs, and maintain customer service metrics.
• Coordinate shipping and ensure proper packaging and documentation.
