Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a 20+ person team on-site. You will supervise receiving, storage, and shipping, maintain accurate inventory, and plan labor to meet inbound/outbound schedules.

The role emphasizes safety, payroll oversight, and strong leadership in a dynamic warehouse environment with the aim of improving efficiency and accuracy across all stockrooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers in ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and records, perform cycle counts and audits.
• Plan inbound/outbound schedules and assign staff to meet customer metrics and deadlines.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and communications are clear with warehouse team.
• Directly manage payroll for the department and address employee issues.
