- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains relations with vendors, stores, independent contractors.
- Dispatches trucks using GPS technology.
- Oversees in-home delivery for customers.
- Maintains monthly operating reports and performance scores.
- Supervises Customer Service Representatives and Routers.
- Directly supervises hourly on-site staff and training activities.
