Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years fast-paced logistics or manufacturing experience.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• OSHA safety knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily PC department to meet KPIs.
• Coordinate daily/weekly activities in the area.
• Develop and train workforce; ensure policy compliance.
• Manage labor needs and scheduling.
• Monitor KPIs, quality reports and audits.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
