Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor - Inventory Control in Kansas City, KS. You will lead the team responsible for cycle counts, stock locations, and accuracy initiatives while coordinating priorities with warehouse leaders and other departments.

You will drive inventory performance, resolve discrepancies, and implement improvements to support reliable distribution center operations. Strong leadership and inventory analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years combined warehouse, inventory control, and supervisory experience.
• Experience with cycle counts, discrepancy research, and stock-location management.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead team hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and development.
• Set daily priorities, monitor inventory accuracy and KPIs; report results to management.
• Coordinate cycle counts, audits, location maintenance, and discrepancy research.
• Investigate variances, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate product and bin locations; address overstock or damaged inventory.
• Drive process improvements to increase accuracy, reduce costs, and boost efficiency.
• Promote safety through training, oversight, and safety checks; ensure compliance.
