J&J MedTech in Englewood Cliffs, NJ seeks an Inventory and Management Specialist to manage replenishments, local stock, new product introductions, and expired items. The role collaborates with the sales team to collect customer orders and develop solutions, while coordinating with key customer stakeholders.

This position requires flexibility including on-call and weekend shifts. Candidates should have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 2–4 years in distribution or logistics,

Competenze

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of WMS is a plus.

Mansioni

• Managing inventory including replenishments, local stock, new product introductions, and expired product.
• Collaborating with local sales to collect customer purchase orders and develop customer solutions.
• Engaging with key customer stakeholders as part of key account management.
• Check in, put away, inventory transfers, order replacement parts, and sorting mixed sets.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal clients; support invoicing and pricing issues.
• Label stock for quick retrieval and ensure GDP documentation and audits.
