Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Vision is seeking a Field Specialist to cover Eastern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. This field-based role installs, services, and repairs medical device equipment at external facilities to support the sales team and customers.

• Associates Degree or Technical Certification required.
• At least 2 years related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Installs, services, and repairs medical device equipment in external facilities to support sales team and customers.
• Functions as a primary resource for stakeholders and provides frequent status updates and documented service reports.
• Operates on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test activities to factory specifications.
• Ensures installation and maintenance work is completed on time.
• Identifies problems and recommends resolutions for existing products and procedures.
• Analyzes service data to schedule proactive and reactive service.
• Collaborates with colleagues for knowledge transfer and skills sharing.
• Operates and maintains a corporate vehicle; manages inventory and calibrated test equipment.
• Able to lift or move 50lbs and perform extended periods of standing, kneeling, and tool use.
