Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Field Specialist to cover Eastern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. You will install, service, and repair medical device equipment in external facilities to support the sales team and customers, acting as the primary resource for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree or technical certification and at least 2 years of related experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with medical device environments and field service operations.

Responsabilidades

• Installs, services, and repairs medical device equipment at external facilities.
• Serves as primary resource for stakeholders and provides status updates.
• Produces documented service reports and coordinates with sales and customers.
• Completes on-site installation, maintenance, and testing to factory specs.
• Identifies problems and recommends resolutions to improve products/procedures.
• Schedules proactive/reactive service based on data analysis.
