Responsibilities include optimizing consignment and inventory practices, monitoring KPIs, and implementing best practices and SOPs. Candidates should have 5–8 years in logistics with leadership experience and a background in regulated

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
• Two or more years of people leadership or supervisory experience managing performance and development.
• Experience in a regulated environment, medical device industry, or field-based logistics operation preferred.
• ASCM, Six Sigma, Lean, or Project Management certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Asset & Inventory Management: manage consignment agreements, custody cards, routine counts, and asset utilization.
• KPI & Performance Management: monitor KPIs, address gaps, and drive improvements with stakeholders.
• People Management: lead teams, engage, train, and develop staff; ensure SOP adherence.
• Safety & Compliance: uphold quality, regulatory, health, safety, and environmental policies; maintain housekeeping.
• Systems: learn MoveMedical and ERP platforms such as SAP, AX, WebOps, or TOTVS.
