Job summary

GlobalMed Logistix, LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support operations by managing inventory for assigned medical device accounts on-site in Raleigh, NC.

You will use inventory management systems to track, distribute products, maintain accurate counts, and analyze metrics. Responsibilities include cycle counts, QA-related NCRs, and collaboration with warehouse teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience with Oracle, JDE, or other ERP systems advantageous.
• Familiarity with data entry systems desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with data analysis experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (in-state/out-of-state).
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Utilize inventory management systems to track, monitor, and distribute products.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts through physical and digital audits.
• Reconcile inventory accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Oversee shelf life, expiring inventory, and storage compliance.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels and service metrics.
• Document inventory-related transactions including shortages and inquiries.
• Support quality initiatives and NCR documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse and field operations for efficient storage and accessibility.
• Contribute to cycle count programs and continuous improvement.
