Job summary

A Shop of Things in Nashville, TN is seeking an Inventory and Logistics Manager to oversee stock levels, coordinate with 3PL partners, and optimize procurement processes.

You will create SKUs and product listings for Shopify, manage costs of goods, perform weekly audits, generate inventory reports, and handle shipments and returns with vendors. This role supports wholesale activity and direct-to-consumer operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with 3PL and suppliers.
• Proficient creating SKUs and Shopify product listings.
• Strong ability to track inventory, costs, and generate weekly reports.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with 3PL about inventory additions, discrepancies, and order volume.
• Manage purchase orders and supplier invoices.
• Create SKUs and Shopify product listings.
• Calculate and record cost of goods for inventory.
• Perform weekly inventory audits and reporting.
• Drop off and pick up inventory with 3PL.
• Generate weekly inventory reports.
• Maintain inventory spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with vendors on refunds and returns for damaged products.
• Prepare new inventory for drops and listings.
