Job summary

Boxzooka is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to lead and optimize inventory operations in a fast-paced ecommerce/3PL environment. You will oversee cycle counts, improve control processes, reduce shrink, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership skills, strong analytical abilities, and a track record in high-volume warehousing. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and inventory health.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inInventory Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in eCommerce fulfillment and/or 3PL warehouse operations.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control and accuracy initiatives to optimize stock levels.
• Oversee cycle counting programs and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage inventory staff and drive performance through training and coaching.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Purchasing, and CS teams to meet inventory objectives.
• Prepare variance analyses and KPI dashboards for management.
