Job summary

Panduit is seeking an Inventory/Materials Associate to verify incoming materials, process transactions in Oracle, and maintain accurate records for efficient operations. You will troubleshoot discrepancies, optimize workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in materials or warehouse roles, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Oracle and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to identify issues, gather data, and develop solutions.
• 1+ year in materials or warehouse role.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Oracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.
• Process raw material receipts with documents meeting Panduit’s requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.
• Conduct stock checks and generate inventory reports; ensure system accuracy.
• Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with customs compliance.
• Manage raw material transactions including returns, exchanges, and transfers.
• Track critical raw materials and notify departments of shortages or irregularities.
