Responsibilities include daily pick wave management, receiving inbounds, returns/restocks audits, and training compliance. The role requires forklift certification, Oracle expertise, and strong attention to detail; occasional travel to other facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic math calculations required and accurate data handling.
• Clear verbal and written communication for coordination.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
• Forklift certification and safe operation knowledge.
• Proficiency with Oracle inventory and MS Office tools.
• Experience in warehousing or distribution environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Inventory Supervisor with daily tasks and discrepancy reconciliation.
• Operate forklift and perform daily vehicle inspections as needed.
• Manage daily pick wave and coordinate with Shipping Supervisor.
• Assist Receiving Supervisor with Oracle inbound processing.
• Ensure compliance with training obligations and perform spot checks.
• Be SME for returns/restocks and support audits/inspections.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and management.
• Enter productivity data weekly and assist replenishments.
