Carroll Water in Cockeysville, MD is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, purchasing, receiving, and distribution of materials.

You will support Service, Installation, Well Drilling, and Pump teams by ensuring crews have necessary parts and supplies, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/warehouse systems.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain warehouse, yard, and storage inventory.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems.
• Coordinate movement, storage and distribution of materials.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent shortages.
• Support service, installation, well drilling, and pump teams with materials.
