Job summary

Bechtel is supporting the Rio Grande LNG project in Brownsville, TX, and seeks an inventory/warehouse support professional. You will verify receipts, issue materials, and monitor inbound and outbound traffic to ensure accurate inventory.

Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, maintaining inspection reports, and assisting with on-site inventories, while coordinating with Bechtel Equipment Operations and DSCS systems.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with Aconex or other Electronic Content Management Systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Clear communication with colleagues in a professional manner.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Bechtel experience as admin assistant preferred.
• Experience on a construction jobsite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review receiving documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) for data entry into inventory control systems.
• Verify material storage locations per goods type and supplier storage requirements.
• Assist with complete or partial inventories to validate records.
• Ensure distribution of material is controlled and documented per project procedures.
• Prepare shipping documents and registers for materials shipped from sites.
• Prepare Construction Equipment Inspection Reports for rentals (Bechtel Equipment Operations) or third-party suppliers.
• Maintain the Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS) Construction Equipment Log.
