Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Bechtel's Zero Accident Philosophy and ES&H requirements.
• Familiarity with Bechtel Core Processes and Six Sigma tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review construction drawings and planning methods.
• Manage field material requisitions and quantity takeoffs.
• Verify quantities in tracking systems and ensure accurate data.
• Enforce safety and quality control across the project site.
• Proactively pursue learning and professional development.
• Coordinate turnover packages and subcontractor review processes.
