Responsibilities

• Review receiving docs and data entry for inventory control systems.
• Ensure material storage locations meet type and supplier requirements.
• Assist with full or partial inventory counts to validate records.
• Keep distribution of materials controlled and documented per procedures.
• Prepare shipping documents and registrations for materials shipped.
• Prepare a Construction Equipment Inspection Report when needed.
• Maintain the Digital Supply Chain System (DSCS) log.
