Job summary

Royal Ingredients Group in the USA seeks an Inventory Analyst to monitor inventory movements, maintain ERP records, and coordinate with warehouses to ensure accurate lot traceability and timely outbound and inbound fulfilments.

You will collaborate with sourcing, sales, and operations, resolve discrepancies, validate warehouse invoices, and support reporting and daily operations to keep inventory integrity across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Posting 3PL warehouse BOLs/inbound receipts into ERP.
• Inventory reporting and resolving discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity.
• Coordinating with customer service & logistics for order planning.
• Sending warehouse releases to 3PL warehouse partners.
• Weekly fulfilment planning meetings with HQ.
• Validating warehouse invoices and fixing billing discrepancies.
• Sending monthly warehouse pallet movement forecasts.
