Job summary

Royal Ingredients Group, an international trading company, is seeking an Inventory Analyst for the USA to monitor inventory movements, maintain ERP records, and coordinate with sourcing, sales, and warehouses to ensure accurate stock and traceability.

You will resolve discrepancies, validate invoices, support reporting, and collaborate with Operations, Quality and Logistics to ensure smooth daily operations; reports To: Operations Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field.
• 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations or supply chain preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory movements and maintain ERP records.
• Coordinate with sourcing and sales to plan outbound shipments and inbound fulfilments.
• Coordinate with warehouses to ensure full lot traceability.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and validate warehouse invoices.

Inventory Analyst – USA

As an Inventory Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations and maintaining efficient supply chain processes across our USA business.

The role

As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing inventory movements, maintaining accurate ERP records, working with sourcing and sales team to plan both outbound shipments & inbound fulfilments, coordinating with warehouses and ensuring full lot traceability. You will resolve inventory discrepancies, validate warehouse invoices, support reporting activities and work closely with Operations, Quality and Logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Reports To: Operations Director

Key responsibilities

• Posting 3PL warehouse BOLs/inbound receipts into ERP
• Inventory reporting and resolving inventory discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity
• Coordinating with customer service & logistics for order planning
• Sending warehouse releases to 3PL warehouse partners
• Weekly fulfilment planning meetings with HQ
• Validating warehouse invoices & fix billing discrepancies
• Sending monthly warehouse pallet movement forecasts

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations or supply chain (preferred).
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• A proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
