Job summary

Lactalis USA’s Supply Chain Operational Excellence team seeks an Inventory Control Analyst to drive inventory accuracy across the network using SAP, auditing movements, and resolving discrepancies. You will monitor finished goods flow, co-manufactured receptions, and losses while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; majors in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain or related business.
• 4+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years supply chain experience required.
• ERP/WMS systems experience; SAP preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Build accurate inventory data across the supply chain network using SAP.
• Collaborate with 3PL inventory team to reconcile physical and SAP records.
• Manage movement audits, finished goods flow, and cycle counts.
• Identify root causes of inventory issues; develop long-term solutions.
• Serve as SME for how finished goods and pallets move through warehouses.
