Job summary

Royal Ingredients Group is seeking an Inventory Analyst to monitor inventory movements, maintain ERP records, and coordinate with sourcing, sales and warehouses to ensure accuracy and timely fulfilments in the USA.

The successful candidate will analyze data, generate reports, resolve discrepancies, and support logistics and operations teams in day-to-day warehouse and supply chain activities, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years of inventory control or related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory movements.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and reporting.
• Collaborate with sourcing and sales for inbound/outbound planning.
• Coordinate with warehouses and ensure lot traceability.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and validate invoices.
• Support operations, quality, and logistics teams.
