Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics or related field; 2–3 years of international logistics or customer service experience.
• Demonstrated data analysis skills, including trend interpretation and action recommendations.
• Understanding and implementation of various transportation options to meet service levels cost-effectively.
• Knowledge of international logistics and coordination of production schedules and inventory deployment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Power BI; SAP knowledge.
• Willingness to travel about 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct distribution and network optimizations; monitor inventory and analyze requirements to meet on-time, in-full targets.
• Maintain records and prepare reports to inform decisions.
• Coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers.
• Create delivery documents to freight forwarders and customers promptly.
• Allocate available inventory to orders and generate/distribute metrics reports.
• Manage shipping locations, planners, and freight forwarders to meet service targets.
• Identify patterns and opportunities for supply chain improvements.
• Oversee Purchase Order management to ensure product and transportation availability.
