Job summary

Mark Anthony Group seeks an Inventory Analyst to support the supply chain by ensuring ERP movements match physical inventory across the Chicago sites. You will partner with internal teams, copackers, 3PLs, and suppliers to maintain accuracy and timely data entries in the MAB ERP system.

Responsibilities include reconciling inventory, investigating discrepancies, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes with attention to detail and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 2+ years of CPG supply chain inventory management background or 4+ years of inventory management experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage data from production and ensure material data is in sync with MAB ERP system.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues with internal and external partners.
• Enter production/consumption data into ERP at various item levels.
• Transact inventory movements in ERP and support monthly/yearly closes.
• Reconcile inventory at assigned sites and ensure 99% accuracy.
