Job summary

Exol is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to lead the Inventory Control team within Warehouse Operations. You will supervise a team, oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation, and ensure inventory data is reliable for automated warehouse operations and fulfillment workflows.

You will coordinate with receiving, shipping, slotting, IT, and finance to resolve issues, monitor KPIs, and implement continuous improvements while maintaining accurate records and enforcing

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in warehouse inventory control or supervision.
• Experience with cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations.
• Ability to analyze inventory data and identify variances.
• Experience with automated warehouses is a plus.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop inventory control associates and schedules.
• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, discrepancy reconciliation, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate, current inventory records within WMS and automated systems.
• Coordinate with receiving, shipping, slotting, warehouse operations, IT, automation, and finance to resolve issues.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and KPIs, driving continuous improvement; audit locations and records.
