Job summary

Vireo Health is seeking an Inventory Lead to oversee daily Inventory Specialists, ensuring task delegation and accuracy. The role acts as primary contact for the team, promoting best practices under the Supply Chain Manager’s guidance.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, 2+ years in inventory leadership, and proficiency with electronic systems to keep stock precise and compliant.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or a similar role with leadership capability.
• Familiarity with electronic inventory management systems and Excel basics.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and handling of sensitive products.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide daily activities of Inventory Specialists for picking, packing, cycle counts, and moves.
• Monitor workflow, assign tasks to meet goals, and maintain accuracy in records.
• Communicate expectations and provide on-floor support to the team.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, verify adjustments, and support recounts.
• Ensure system vs. physical counts alignment and report to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Train new staff on processes, safety, and system usage.
• Support cross-functional needs and uphold FIFO and secure handling.
