STIIIZY, Inc. seeks an Inventory Lead to partner with management to ensure accurate warehouse inventory and quality assurance. This role maintains perpetual inventory, reconciles stock, and leads a team to meet daily demands without compromising data integrity.

You will perform ERP transfers, adjustments, METRC transfers, cycle counts, and audits, ensuring FIFO rotation and proper stock handling in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience leading in a warehouse/inventory environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in fast-paced setting and meet daily demands.

Mansioni

• Maintain perpetual inventory and reconcile counts.
• Conduct cycle counts and warehouse audits.
• Perform ERP transfers, adjustments, and inventory movements.
• Verify incoming freight and organize inventory in DC.
• Lead and coach a team to meet daily objectives.
• Ensure FIFO rotation and proper stock handling.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyze discrepancies.
