Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Achieving expectations rating and no disciplinary actions for internal candidates.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task and execute.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Champion On-Shelf Availability and ensure planograms accuracy.
• Review reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform front end and pharmacy asset protection tasks and file relevant claims.
• Open/close store as designated; handle cash, POS, and daily readiness.
