Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens work experience or one year in retail.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.
• Preferred: experience as shift lead, pharmacy technician, or customer service role.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Champion On-Shelf Availability and manage planograms and in-store inventory processes.
• Review reports and system applications affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and coach on warehouse/vendor inventory processes and price changes.
• Lead in designated stores for opening/closing and cash handling as needed.
